CAZ0007 Ultra Clean Nano Coating for Food Packaging
RM0.00
CAZ0007 is a revolutionary ultra-hydrophobic coating developed to transform food packaging surfaces with cutting-edge technology. Inspired by the lotus leaf’s natural self-cleaning properties, this coating creates a fractal surface structure with a water contact angle exceeding 150°, ensuring non-stick performance for various food packaging materials.
Manufactured entirely from food-grade materials, the coating meets the stringent standards of both the U.S. FDA food certification and the German LFGB food certification, making it ideal for applications requiring direct contact with food.
This dual-coating system (base coat and top coat) is applied using roll-coating technology and cured quickly at low temperatures, ensuring exceptional adhesion, wear resistance, and consistent performance. For additional oleophobic properties, the CAZ0010 dual-coating system is recommended.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Application Method
Surface Preparation
- Remove dust from the packaging materials, and perform corona treatment if necessary.
- Ensure a clean working environment with ventilation or air-suction equipment to maintain coating quality.
- Maintain an application temperature of 10-30°C and relative humidity of 45%-75%.
Coating Process (Two-Coat, Two-Bake)
- Stir the coating thoroughly before use.
- Apply the base coat using roll-coating technology, followed by the top coat.
- Pass the coated material through a track oven and heat cure at 80°C for 1–3 minutes.
- Ensure a clean roll-coating environment with a cleanliness level of ISO Class 7 (particle count <10,000 per cubic foot for particles ≥0.5µm).
- The leveling and baking areas should meet a cleanliness level of ISO Class 8 (particle count <100,000 per cubic foot for particles ≥0.5µm).
