MAZ0005 is a specialized single-component, long-lasting nano coating developed by AZ Nano Tech using advanced nano-hybrid technology. Designed specifically for wooden furniture, this room-temperature drying product simplifies application with straightforward wipe-on or spray-on methods requiring only 2-3 coats.

 

Once cured, the coating enhances the natural gloss of the wood while providing superior hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, exceptional stain resistance, and antibacterial protection. Oil and dirt stains can be easily removed, making cleaning a breeze. Treated surfaces benefit from over a year of protection against stains and wear. Ideal for factory use, MAZ0005 eliminates the need for spray booths or curing ovens and can be applied quickly and easily without specialized labor.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Application Method

  • Curing Time: 6-8 hours to achieve 80% curing; full curing requires 7 days.
  • Preparation: Before use, thoroughly clean the wooden surface. Use a lint-free cloth to evenly apply the product.

Storage

  • Temperature: Store at 18-25°C.
  • Shelf Life: 18 months (unopened); 1 month (after opening).
  • Humidity Protection: This product is moisture-sensitive. Ensure proper sealing of the container after use to prevent degradation.
