MAZ0006 is a revolutionary dual-component nano coating developed by AZ Nano Tech, specifically designed for porous stone materials such as marble and engineered stone. Employing advanced nano-hybrid technology, this room-temperature curing system offers a simple application process, requiring just 1–2 layers of coating via wiping or spraying.

 

  • MAZ0006A (Base Coat): Seals the porous structure of the stone surface to prevent penetration.
  • MAZ0006B (Top Coat): Enhances anti-stain capabilities and significantly improves surface gloss.

 

After curing, the dual-layer nano coating delivers increased gloss, superior hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, and exceptional anti-fouling and antibacterial performance. Stains, grease, and dirt are easily cleaned, providing long-lasting protection of up to three years. It’s the ideal solution for manufacturers lacking specialized spray booths or ovens, ensuring rapid and effective application.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Application Method

  • Curing Time: 6-8 hours to achieve 80% curing; full curing requires 7 days.
  • Preparation: Before use, thoroughly clean the wooden surface. Use a lint-free cloth to evenly apply the product.

Storage

  • Temperature: Store at 18-25°C.
  • Shelf Life: 18 months (unopened); 1 month (after opening).
  • Humidity Protection: This product is moisture-sensitive. Ensure proper sealing of the container after use to prevent degradation.
