QAZ0006 is a cutting-edge, dual-component solution designed for smooth inorganic surfaces like glass and glazed ceramics. This long-lasting coating cures easily with a hairdryer (5–10 minutes) or by baking at 150°C for 30 minutes. Once applied, it forms a nano-scale, ultra-thin transparent layer that delivers superior protection, durability, and ease of maintenance.

 

The coating's advanced hydrophobic and oleophobic properties allow rainwater to bead and slide off effortlessly, eliminating the need for wipers during driving and enhancing visibility on highways and rural roads. In winter, it simplifies ice removal, while in summer, it makes cleaning insect residue a breeze.

 

Its scratch-resistant formula protects surfaces from damage caused by wiper abrasion, sand and debris, while excellent weather resistance reduces the corrosive effects (water spots) of acidic pollutants like PM2.5, PM10, SO2, and NO2. Additionally, the coating minimizes nighttime glare from headlights, ensuring a safer driving experience.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Coating Application

  • Adhesion Enhancer for Certain Substrates:

    • For specific substrates requiring improved adhesion, pre-treat with a primer (Product Code: YAZ0048C). After spraying the primer, wait 2–5 minutes before directly applying YAZ0048 without baking.
  • Mixing Components:
  • Before using YAZ0048, mix Component B (hardener) into Component A (base) thoroughly. Air spray application is recommended.

    • Mixing Ratio:

      • Component A : Component B = 9:1.
      • Application methods: spraying, dipping, or flow coating.

    • Spray Parameters:

      • Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa.
      • Spray distance: 15–25 cm.
      • Recommended film thickness: 5–15 μm.

    • Environmental Conditions:

      • Application temperature: 10–40°C.
      • Relative humidity: 25%–75%.

Storage

  • Recommended Temperature: 18–25°C
  • Shelf Life: 6 months.
