Application Process and Key Considerations

Surface Preparation: Cleaning and Degreasing
- Use alkaline cleaning agents to clean the surface.
- Apply organic solvents such as xylene or petroleum ether to remove oils, rust, and impurities.
- Ensure the treated surface is free from rust, grease, dust, watermarks, and moisture.
- After cleaning, promptly apply the coating to prevent dust or moisture from recontaminating the surface.
- Perform the application in a dust-free environment with proper ventilation or air filtration systems to ensure quality.

Application Methods
- Spraying: Use a suitable spraying device for even application.
- Manual Wiping:
- Soak a clean cloth with QAZ0049 Easy Clean Nano Coating.
- Wipe the surface evenly and follow up with a dry, clean cloth to spread the liquid uniformly before the solvent evaporates.
- Use solvent-resistant gloves, such as nitrile gloves, and microfiber cloths for best results.
