INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Application Process and Key Considerations

  • Surface Preparation: Cleaning and Degreasing

    • Use alkaline cleaning agents to clean the surface.
    • Apply organic solvents such as xylene or petroleum ether to remove oils, rust, and impurities.
    • Ensure the treated surface is free from rust, grease, dust, watermarks, and moisture.
    • After cleaning, promptly apply the coating to prevent dust or moisture from recontaminating the surface.
    • Perform the application in a dust-free environment with proper ventilation or air filtration systems to ensure quality.
  • Application Methods

    • Spraying: Use a suitable spraying device for even application.
    • Manual Wiping:
      • Soak a clean cloth with QAZ0049 Easy Clean Nano Coating.
      • Wipe the surface evenly and follow up with a dry, clean cloth to spread the liquid uniformly before the solvent evaporates.
      • Use solvent-resistant gloves, such as nitrile gloves, and microfiber cloths for best results.
