INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Instructions for Use and Precautions
Surface Preparation
-
Clean the Surface:
Remove all old paint, rust, grease, oxide layers, and debris from the surface. Ensure the substrate is free of rust, oil, dust, and water stains. -
Rust Removal:
- Use sandblasting to achieve Sa2.5 grade
- Alternatively, use manual rust removal to achieve St3 grade.
-
Prevent Re-Rusting:
Immediately apply the coating after surface preparation to avoid re-rusting. -
Environment Requirements:
Ensure the application area is dust-free and equipped with ventilation or air suction systems to maintain coating quality.
Coating Application
-
Stir Thoroughly:
Mix the paint evenly before use to ensure a uniform coating. -
Application Method:
- Apply using a brush.
- Ensure the coating is evenly spread, avoiding gaps, sagging, or dripping, and achieve the specified thickness.
-
Layering:
- At ambient temperatures, allow a 2-hour interval between layers.
-
Environmental Conditions:
- Temperature Range: 10–40°C.
- Relative Humidity: 25–75%.
Storage
- Recommended Storage Temperature: 18–25°C.
- Usage Period: 12 months.
