INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Instructions for Use and Precautions

  • Preparation of TAZ0002:

    • Open the container and use an electric mixer to stir for 2 minutes.
    • Add deionized water (10-15%) to TAZ0002, adjusting the viscosity to 17-20 seconds (25°C, Ford Cup #4).
    • Stir thoroughly before transferring the mixture to the material tank.
    • During use, if the viscosity increases, add the designated thinner to restore viscosity to the recommended range.
  • Workplace Ventilation:

    • Ensure the production area has adequate ventilation to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Surface Preparation:

    • The workpiece surface must be clean, free from dirt, and oil-free before application.
  • Baking Temperature:

    • Avoid under-baking, which may result in incomplete crosslinking, or over-baking, which could cause the coating to powder and lose anti-corrosion properties.
    • Strictly adhere to the specified temperature range outlined in the product manual..

Usage Cycle

  • Shelf Life: 2-3 months from opening. Use as soon as possible to avoid material degradation. Use the product promptly to ensure performance.

Storage

  • Recommended Storage Temperature: 18–25°C.
  • Usage Period: 3 months.
