Instructions for Use and Precautions

Preparation of TAZ0002:
- Open the container and use an electric mixer to stir for 2 minutes.
- Add deionized water (10-15%) to TAZ0002, adjusting the viscosity to 17-20 seconds (25°C, Ford Cup #4).
- Stir thoroughly before transferring the mixture to the material tank.
- During use, if the viscosity increases, add the designated thinner to restore viscosity to the recommended range.

Workplace Ventilation:
- Ensure the production area has adequate ventilation to maintain a safe working environment.

Surface Preparation:
- The workpiece surface must be clean, free from dirt, and oil-free before application.

Baking Temperature:
- Avoid under-baking, which may result in incomplete crosslinking, or over-baking, which could cause the coating to powder and lose anti-corrosion properties.

Usage Cycle
- Shelf Life: 2-3 months from opening. Use as soon as possible to avoid material degradation. Use the product promptly to ensure performance.
