TAZ0028 Metal Galv Zinc Diffusion Top Coat Bright Silver
RM0.00
TAZ0028 is a specialized topcoat designed for fasteners with inorganic zinc-aluminum base layers, galvanized primers, or Dacromet coatings. This high-performance coating enhances the metallic brilliance of fasteners, while significantly improving rust resistance and oxidation resistance. The addition of nano materials further boosts the wear resistance of zinc-aluminum layers, ensuring durability even under demanding conditions.

Application Guidelines
Dip-Centrifugal Process:
-
Step 1: Dipping:
- Place galvanized screws, Dacromet-coated parts, or inorganic zinc-aluminum primer-coated components in a 60-mesh filter net.
- Immerse the components in the TZT0028 for 10 seconds.
- Remove the parts and let the excess coating drain off.
-
Step 2: Centrifuging:
- Transfer the parts to a centrifuge.
- Set the speed to 220-230 RPM for 10-13 seconds per cycle. Perform two cycles (one clockwise, one counterclockwise per cycle).
- After the first cycle, adjust the screws' positions to ensure complete coating coverage before starting the second cycle.
-
Viscosity Adjustment:
- If the viscosity becomes too high during use, add deionized water and adjust to 55±5 seconds (measured at 25°C, dispersed at 600 RPM for 10 minutes).
-
Curing Parameters:
- Pre-baking: 70°C for 5-8 minutes.
- Final Curing: 160°C for 25-30 minutes.
Precautions
- Ensure adequate ventilation in the production area when using TZT0028.
- The surface of the workpieces must be free from dirt or oil before application.
- Always use deionized water for thinning the water-based topcoat.
Usage Cycle
- Shelf Life: 2-3 months from opening. Use as soon as possible to avoid material degradation. Use the product promptly to ensure performance.
Storage
- Recommended Storage Temperature: 18–25°C.
- Usage Period: 3 months.
Environmental
- For safety recommendations and transportation rules, please refer to the SDS.
