INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Instructions for Use and Precautions

  • Surface Preparation

    • Clean the Surface: Ensure all workpieces are free of oil, dirt, and debris for optimal coating adherence.

Application Steps

Dip-Centrifuge Process

  • Enclose fasteners with a 60-mesh filter (e.g., galvanized screws, DACROMET-coated, diffusion-zinc coated, or inorganic zinc-aluminum coated items).
  • Immerse the fasteners into TAZ0027 solution for 10 seconds.
  • Remove and allow excess solution to drain, then place in a centrifuge.
  • Adjust centrifuge speed to 260-280 rpm and spin for 10-25 seconds in two cycles:
    • Cycle 1: Clockwise
    • Cycle 2: Counterclockwise
    • Ensure to reposition the fasteners after the first cycle for uniform coating coverage.

Dip-Coating Process

  • Fully immerse the fasteners into TAZ0027 solution for 10 seconds.
  • Allow the excess solution to drain completely.
  • Place coated items in a box oven or tunnel furnace for curing.

Sysmyk® TCP0027 Application Instructions

Surface Preparation

Clean the Surface: Ensure all workpieces are free of oil, dirt, and debris for optimal coating adherence.

Application Steps

3.1 Dip-Centrifuge Process

  • Enclose fasteners with a 60-mesh filter (e.g., galvanized screws, DACROMET-coated, diffusion-zinc coated, or inorganic zinc-aluminum coated items).
  • Immerse the fasteners into TCP0027 solution for 10 seconds.

3.2 Dip-Coating Process

  • Fully immerse the fasteners into TCP0027 solution for 10 seconds.
  • Allow the excess solution to drain completely.
  • Place coated items in a box oven or tunnel furnace for curing.

Curing Process

  • Baking Temperature: 160-170°C
  • Duration: 25-30 minutes

Precautions

  • Ventilation Required: Ensure proper ventilation in the workspace when using TAZ0027.
  • Clean Surfaces Only: The workpiece surface must be free of contaminants like oil or dirt.
  • Use Recommended Diluent: Always dilute TAZ0027 with the XAZ0015 specialty thinner. Failure to use the specified thinner may lead to defects like a whitish residue on the coating.
