TZT0030 is a one-component super-hydrophilic inorganic AR coating designed to enhance transparency, reduce glare, and minimize reflection on glass surfaces like photovoltaic glass, camera lenses, and optical devices.
Utilizing silica nanoparticle fractal technology, it forms microstructures less than 50nm on surfaces. Post-curing, the ultra-thin coating achieves a hydrophilic angle of less than 10°. Its pure inorganic composition ensures exceptional durability, with advanced anti-static properties that prevent dust adhesion and self-cleaning capabilities when exposed to water.
Compared to traditional anti-reflective coatings (ARC), TZT0030 offers superior wear resistance and transparency, improving light transmittance by 2.8-3.5%.

Pre-Treatment Process

Cleaning the Surface:
- Prior to application, thoroughly clean the surface using a neutral detergent to remove all oils, grease, and contaminants.
- Rinse the surface with clean water to ensure no residue remains.
- Ensure the surface is completely free of oils, dust, and watermarks before proceeding to the next step. Allow the surface to dry completely.
