Built on a foundation of modified super hydrophilic nanoscale silica resin, this coating is infused with nanoscale ceramic particles that release silver ions slowly and effectively. Once cured, the coating transforms into a purely inorganic, non-toxic, and environmentally safe layer with exceptional hardness (10H, Mitsubishi pencil standard) and impressive wear resistance exceeding 100,000 cycles.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Pre-Treatment Process

  • Automated Cleaning Line:
    • Hot water wash → Pre-degreasing → Main degreasing → Tap water rinse 1 → Tap water rinse 2 → Tap water rinse 3 → Pure water rinse 1 → Pure water rinse 2 → Pure water rinse 3 → Baking and dehydration → Plasma treatment.

Coating Application

  • Preparation:

    • Thoroughly mix before use and filter through a 400-mesh filter. Use precision air spraying for application.
  • Spray Equipment:

    • Use a specialized Japanese water-based precision spray gun or an ultrasonic precision spray gun.
    • Application conditions:
      • Temperature: 10–30°C.
      • Relative humidity: 45%–75%.
  • Spray Booth Cleanliness:

    • Maintain a cleanliness level of ISO Class 7 (particle count <10,000 for particles ≥0.5 µm per cubic foot).
  • Leveling and Baking Area Cleanliness:

    • Maintain a cleanliness level of ISO Class 8 (particle count <100,000 for particles ≥0.5 µm per cubic foot).
  • Curing:

    • After spraying, pass the workpiece through the baking line:
      • Bake at 80°C (workpiece temperature ~50°C) for 10 minutes.
      • Continue baking at 210°C (workpiece temperature ~180°C) for 30 minutes.
  • Post-Processing:

    • Remove the workpiece from the line and package it.

Storage

  • Recommended Temperature: 18–25°C.
  • Shelf Life: 6 months.

Packaging

  • 5 kg per container or 25 kg per container.
