INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Pre-treatment

  • Before spraying, prepare the object's surface by removing old coating film, rust, oil stains, oxidation, and debris.
  • Ensure the surface is free from rust, oil, dust, and water marks. Immediately spray the cleaned surface to prevent recontamination by dust.
  • The work environment should be dust-free, equipped with exhaust ventilation or appropriate air filtration systems to ensure high-quality results.

      Coating Process

  • Before use, stir thoroughly. Application can be done using air spray.

  • Spray pressure: 0.3-0.4 MPa; Spraying distance: 15-25 cm

  • Recommended paint film thickness: 5-10 microns
  • Application temperature: 10-40°C; Relative humidity: 25%-75%

  • Thinner: It is recommended to use the specialized AZclean™ 6758 thinner, with a maximum dilution ratio  not exceeding 10%

Storage:

  • Recommended storage temperature: 18-25°C
  • Shelf life: 3 months
