INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Pre-Application Surface Preparation Process

Manual Cleaning:
- Use AZclean™ CLEAR Orange Oil Multi-Purpose Cleaner to manually clean the workpiece. For aluminum materials, replace with a cleaner specifically designed for aluminum.
- Ensure thorough cleaning without missing any spots, removing adhesive residues, dirt, grease, and other contaminants.

Automated Cleaning Line:
- Process sequence:
- Hot water wash → Pre-degreasing → Main degreasing → Tap water rinse 1 → Tap water rinse 2 → Tap water rinse 3 → Pure water rinse 1 → Pure water rinse 2 → Pure water rinse 3.
- Dry the surface with cold air if possible.

Surface Test:
- The cleaned surface should allow water droplets to spread evenly, displaying a hydrophilic state. This indicates the surface is clean and ready for coating.

Timely Coating:
- Apply the coating immediately after cleaning (within 30 minutes) to avoid dust contamination, which can cause hydrophobic behavior and lead to coating defects.

Inspection and Retreatment:
- Inspect sprayed workpieces for defects, mainly caused by improper cleaning. Re-clean and re-treat defective pieces if necessary.

Curing Process:
- Initial baking: Set oven temperature to 80°C (workpiece temperature ~50°C) for 10 minutes.
- Final baking: Set oven temperature to 270°C (workpiece temperature ~250°C) for 30 minutes.

- Ensure a dust-free workspace with proper ventilation or air extraction systems to maintain application quality.

- Stir thoroughly before use. Air spray application is recommended.

- Use a specialized LPH-101water-based spray gun (Japan) .
- Spray pressure: 0.6–0.8 MPa.
- Spray distance: 15–25 cm.
- Recommended wet film thickness: 3–5 μm.
- Dry film thickness: 1–2 μm.

- Application temperature: 10–30°C.
- Relative humidity: 45%–75%.

Cleanroom Standards:
- Spray booth cleanliness: ISO Class 7 (particle count <10,000 for particles ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot).
- Leveling and baking area cleanliness: ISO Class 8 (particle count <100,000 for particles ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot).
