Suitable For:

• Hydrophobic, anti-stain, and easy-to-clean treatment for glass surfaces such as automotive windshields, shower glass, sanitary ware, greenhouses, canopies, and sunroofs.

Step 1: Surface Preparation – Cleaning and Degreasing

• Mandatory Cleaner: Use AZclean™ CLEAR Glass Cleaner to ensure successful coating application.
• Surface Preparation: Thorough cleaning is essential for AZ Nano Tech Easy-to-Clean Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Nano Coating to form strong chemical bonds with the substrate. The strength of these bonds directly impacts the coating's durability and scratch resistance.
• Cleaning Process: Clean the surface with AZclean™ CLEAR Glass Cleaner.
• Application of Cleaner: Apply AZclean™ CLEAR Glass Cleaner using a clean towel or lint-free tissue. Rub the surface repeatedly, rinse thoroughly with water, and then dry with a clean towel or lint-free tissue. Ensure the glass surface is clean, dry, and free of water, dust, grease, or other contaminants.
• Immediate Application: Apply AZ Nano Tech Easy-to-Clean Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Nano Coating immediately after cleaning.

Step 2: Coating Application

• Avoid Sunlight: During application, avoid direct sunlight exposure. For automotive windshields, treat each side separately.

• Application: Use medical gauze or a lint-free cloth to apply a small amount of AZ Nano Tech Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Nano Liquid to the glass, forming a thin liquid film. Wait for 20-30 seconds, then immediately wipe with a dry cloth in circular motions until no residue remains.
• Curing Time: Allow 6-8 hours for the glass or ceramic surface to exhibit excellent hydrophobic effects.
• Repeat If Needed: If the result is not satisfactory, repeat steps 1-2 for enhanced performance.

• Recommended Temperature: 18–25°C.
• Shelf Life: 6 months.
