INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Pre-Treatment

  • Surface Preparation:
    • Clean the surface of the object to be coated (recommended: use plasma equipment for cleaning).
    • Remove oil stains and oxidation layers to ensure the surface is free of oil, dust, and watermarks.
  • Timely Application:
    • Apply the coating immediately after cleaning to prevent re-contamination with dust.
  • Environmental Requirements:
    • Conduct the process in a dust-free environment equipped with ventilation or air extraction systems to ensure quality.

Application Method

Coating Application

Mixing:

  • Stir thoroughly before use. Air spray application is recommended.

Spray Parameters:

  • Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa
  • Spray distance: 15–25 cm
  • Spray nozzle diameter: 0.6–1.0 mm
  • Recommended coating thickness: 20–30 nm

Environmental Conditions:

  • Application temperature: 10–30°C
  • Relative humidity: 45%–75%

 

Storage

  • Recommended storage temperature: 18–25°C
  • Shelf life: 6 months
  • The product is sensitive to moisture. Ensure it is stored in a dry environment and tightly seal the container after use.
