YAZ0018 Easy-Clean Nano Coating for Stainless Steel & Glass
RM0.00
YCP0018 is an intelligent, single-component ultra-hard wear-resistant nano coating developed by AZ Nano Tech. Based on modified inorganic resin and utilizing the latest nano technology, this coating also incorporates controlled-release nano silver ions.
Once cured at high temperatures, the coating becomes purely inorganic, non-toxic, and harmless. It achieves ultra-high hardness (10H, as per Mitsubishi pencil standard), superior scratch resistance (capable of withstanding steel wool abrasion), and antibacterial and antiviral properties. Despite being ultra-thin, with a thickness of only 600–800 nm, the coating intelligently absorbs trace moisture from the air, rendering the surface easy to clean.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
Pre-Treatment Process
-
Manual Cleaning:
- Use ZCP0090S multifunctional cleaner (dilute with deionized water at a 3–4x ratio before use) to manually clean the workpiece.
- For aluminum profiles, replace the cleaner with one suitable for aluminum materials.
- Ensure thorough cleaning, removing adhesive residue, dirt, grease, and other contaminants without missing any areas.
-
Automated Cleaning Line:
- Process steps:
- Hot water wash → Pre-degreasing → Main degreasing → Rinse with tap water (3 stages) → Rinse with purified water (3 stages).
- Use an air gun to blow off most of the surface water and then dry in a dehydration oven at 120°C. If possible, use cold air for surface drying.
- Process steps:
-
Surface Inspection:
- Ensure the cleaned surface displays hydrophilic behavior (water droplets spread naturally).
- Apply the coating within 30 minutes of cleaning to prevent dust contamination, which could cause hydrophobic behavior and spray defects.
-
Spraying:
- Inspect the sprayed workpiece for defects, primarily caused by improper cleaning.
- If defects are found, remove and reprocess the affected workpieces.
-
Curing:
- Pass the coated workpieces through the baking line:
- Bake at 80°C (workpiece temperature ~50°C) for 10 minutes.
- Follow with a bake at 270°C (workpiece temperature ~250°C) for 30 minutes.
- Pass the coated workpieces through the baking line:
-
Final Processing:
- Remove the workpiece from the line and package it.
-
Environmental Requirements:
- Ensure a dust-free environment equipped with ventilation or air extraction systems to maintain application quality.
Coating Application
-
Preparation:
- Stir thoroughly before use and filter the coating with a 300-mesh filter before applying.
- Use air spray application.
-
Spray Gun:
- Use the LPH-101 water-based spray gun (Japan).
- Spray pressure: 0.6–0.8 MPa.
- Spray distance: 15–25 cm.
- Wet film thickness: 2–4 µm.
- Dry film thickness: 0.6–0.8 µm.
- Application temperature: 10–30°C.
- Relative humidity: 45%–75%.
-
Spray Booth Cleanliness:
- Maintain cleanliness at ISO Class 7 (particles ≥0.5 µm ≤10,000 per cubic foot).
-
Leveling and Baking Area Cleanliness:
- Maintain cleanliness at ISO Class 8 (particles ≥0.5 µm ≤100,000 per cubic foot).
