AZ Nano Tech presents its Dual-Component YAZ0020, an advanced solution developed in collaboration with Triz GmbH KG & Co. Ltd., UK. Designed specifically for furniture surfaces, this dual-component anti-fingerprint treatment combines exceptional cleaning ease with robust anti-stain performance.

 

Once cured at room temperature, the coating forms a clear, durable, and visually appealing layer with superior tactile quality. It effectively minimizes and prevents fingerprint marks from contact and allows for easy stain removal. Engineered for outdoor durability, it enhances protection, gloss, and stain resistance, making it an ideal solution for furniture products.

  • Room-Temperature Curing: Achieves a hardness of 2H after one week.
  • Effortless Cleaning: Surface dirt and stains are easily wiped away.

  • Low Surface Tension: Surface tension less than 26 dynes, preventing adhesion of contaminants.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Pre-Application

  • Surface Cleaning:

    • Before spraying, thoroughly clean the surface to remove old paint layers, rust, oil stains, oxidation scales, and debris. Ensure the surface is free of rust, oil, dust, and watermarks.

  • Timely Application:

    • Apply the coating immediately after cleaning to prevent re-contamination with dust.

  • Environmental Requirements:

    • Ensure a dust-free workspace with proper ventilation or air extraction systems to maintain application quality.

Coating Application

  • Mixing Components:

    • Add Component B (hardener) to Component A (base coat) and mix thoroughly. The mixed coating must be used within 2 hours. Air spray application is recommended.

  • Mixing Ratio:

    • Component A : Component B = 9:1

  • Spray Parameters:

    • Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa
    • Spray distance: 15–25 cm
    • Recommended film thickness: 5–15 μm

  • Environmental Conditions:

    • Application temperature: 10–40°C
    • Relative humidity: 25%–75%

Storage

  • Recommended Temperature: 18–25°C
  • Shelf Life: 6 months.
