AZ Nano Tech introduces its YAZ0025, a cutting-edge dual-component treatment developed in collaboration with Triz GmbH KG & Co. Ltd., UK. This advanced coating features modified fluororesins, offering excellent weather resistance and durability, specifically designed for anti-stain treatment of TPU surfaces.

 

Once cured at room temperature, the coating maintains the original gloss and transparency of the TPU substrate while providing a superior easy-to-clean surface. Dirt and stains can be easily wiped away thanks to the coating’s low surface energy, which significantly reduces the adhesion of contaminants. Ideal for applications on TPU medical tubes and phone cases, it enhances stain resistance, gloss, and protection, ensuring long-lasting performance.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Coating Application

  • Preparation:

    • Mix AZ Nano Tech Long-Lasting Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Nano Easy-to-Clean Anti-Stain Coating thoroughly by adding Component B (hardener) to Component A (base coating). Use air spray application or other methods, such as dipping or flow coating. The mixed coating must be used within 2 hours.

  • Mixing Ratio:

    • Component A : Component B = 9:1.

  • Spray Parameters:

    • Spray pressure: 0.3–0.4 MPa.
    • Spray distance: 15–25 cm.
    • Recommended film thickness: 5–15 μm.

  • Environmental Conditions:

    • Application temperature: 10–40°C.
    • Relative humidity: 25%–75%.

Storage

  • Recommended Temperature: 18–25°C
  • Shelf Life: 6 months.

  • Part A: 15 kg per container; Part B: 1.67 kg per container
