YAZ0028 is a specialized single-component treatment formulated with modified fluororesin for superior outdoor durability and weather resistance. Once cured at room temperature, this coating delivers an exceptional texture, excellent transparency, and retains the gloss and clarity of any existing coating. Its easy-to-clean properties ensure that surface stains can be effortlessly wiped away.

 

Specifically designed for high-speed trains, bullet trains, and similar vehicles, this advanced coating minimizes the adhesion of dirt, such as insect residues and animal grease, due to its low surface energy. The result is easier maintenance and enhanced protection for the vehicle’s surfaces. Ideal for use on trains, buses, and airplanes, the coating provides outstanding anti-stain performance, gloss enhancement, and surface protection.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Pre-Application Surface Preparation Process

  • Surface Cleaning:

    • Before spraying, thoroughly clean the surface to remove old paint layers, rust, oil stains, oxidation scales, and debris. Ensure the surface is free of rust, oil, dust, and watermarks.

  • Timely Coating Application:

    • Apply the coating immediately after cleaning to prevent dust contamination.

  • Environmental Requirements:

    • Ensure a dust-free workspace equipped with proper ventilation or air extraction systems to maintain application quality.

Coating Application

  • Preparation:

    • Before applying AZ Nano Tech Easy-to-Clean Long-Lasting Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Nano Anti-Stain Coating, thoroughly stir the liquid. Use brush application for best results. Ensure unused liquid is tightly sealed to prevent curing from exposure to moisture in the air.

  • Recommended Film Thickness:

    • 4–10 μm

  • Environmental Conditions:

    • Application temperature: 10–40°C
    • Relative humidity: 25%–75%
