YAZ0087 Easy-Clean Nano Coating for Glass & Ceramic
RM0.00
YAZ0087 is an advanced single-component solution developed in collaboration with Triz GmbH KG & Co. Ltd., UK. Utilizing cutting-edge nano technology, this coating forms a durable 3D network that redefines surface protection.
Once cured, it transforms into a purely inorganic, non-toxic layer with ultra-high hardness (9H), combining exceptional hydrophilic and oleophilic properties with outstanding anti-stain performance. With just water, oil stains and grime can be effortlessly wiped away, eliminating the need for harsh cleaning agents.
When applied to glass or ceramic surfaces, this nano coating makes even the most stubborn grease easy to clean, streamlining daily maintenance and enhancing convenience for households. Additionally, it strengthens surface protection, wear resistance, and stain repellency, making it an ideal solution for durable, pristine finishes.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
-
Ultrasonic Cleaning: Use AZ Nano Tech specialized cleaning solution → Rinse with tap water (3 cycles) → Rinse with pure or deionized water (3 cycles) → Dry with cold air.
-
Surface Inspection: The cleaned workpiece surface should allow water droplets to spread naturally, showing a hydrophilic state. Apply the coating immediately after cleaning and drying, ideally within 30 minutes, to prevent dust contamination, which may cause hydrophobic behavior and coating defects.
-
Spraying and Inspection: Inspect the sprayed workpieces for defects caused by improper cleaning. If defects are found, remove the affected pieces and repeat the pre-treatment process.
-
Curing: Pass the coated workpieces through the baking line:
- First bake: Oven temperature at 70°C (workpiece temperature ~50°C) for 10 minutes.
- Second bake: Oven temperature between 200–205°C (workpiece temperature ~180°C). Use a four-channel furnace temperature tester to monitor the temperature curve. Bake for 60 minutes.
-
Post-Processing: Remove the workpieces from the line and package them.
-
Environmental Requirements: Ensure a dust-free workspace with proper ventilation or air extraction systems to maintain application quality.
-
Spray Gun: Use a Japanese specialized water-based spray gun (Iwata LPH-101).
- Spray pressure: 0.6–0.8 MPa.
- Spray distance: 15–25 cm.
- Recommended wet film thickness: 3–5 μm.
- Dry film thickness: 1–2 μm.
- Application temperature: 10–30°C.
- Relative humidity: 45%–75%.
-
Spray Booth Cleanliness: Maintain ISO Class 7 (particle count <10,000 for particles ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot).
-
Leveling and Baking Area Cleanliness: Maintain ISO Class 8 (particle count <100,000 for particles ≥0.5 μm per cubic foot).
