ZCP0009 is a specialized single-component nano-coating developed by AZ Nano Tech, incorporating cutting-edge technology from the UK. It utilizes a fluororesin carrier with exceptional penetration capabilities, forming a durable protective layer. The active components permeate deep into the substrate, physically and chemically bonding with the material to create a robust waterproof network.
This coating not only effectively prevents moisture from penetrating the substrate but also maintains the breathability of the material. Once cured, it endows the substrate with superior waterproof and oil-repellent properties, while significantly delaying oxidation, discoloration, and mold growth.

Application Method
Preparation and Application Process

Standard Processing: Similar to common textile finishing processes, apply through padding, pre-drying, and curing treatments.

Preparation of Padding Solution:
- Mix ZAZ0009, crosslinking agent, and deionized water in the recommended ratio:
ZAZ0009A : ZAZ0009B : Water = 6 : 1.5 : 92.5 - Stir thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Adjust the pH of the solution to 5-7.
- Mix ZAZ0009, crosslinking agent, and deionized water in the recommended ratio:

Padding Process:
- Soak the fabric thoroughly in the prepared solution (adjust soaking time based on specific material requirements).
- Remove excess liquid using padding rolls, ensuring the liquid pick-up rate is maintained at 70%-80%.
- Recommended padding roll pressure: 3-4 kg.
- Fabric rolling speed: 30 m/min.

Pre-Drying:
- Dry the fabric at 110°C-130°C for 1-2 minutes.

Curing:
- Bake the treated fabric at 160°C for 1 minute.
