ZAZ0011 Self-Clean Nano Coating for General Surface

SKU ZAZ0011
Price

RM0.00

ZAZ0011 is a long-lasting, high-performance coating developed by Guangzhou AZ Nano Tech in collaboration with Triz GmbH KG & Co. Ltd., UK. This single-component, room-temperature air-drying or heat-curable nano coating features cutting-edge silica fractal composite technology combined with doped tungsten trioxide and tin oxide nanoparticles.

It forms micro-nanostructures of less than 50nm on surfaces, creating an ultra-thin coating with a contact angle of less than 5°. Enhanced with highly weather-resistant and chemically stable Pt nanoparticles, this coating provides excellent anti-static and self-cleaning properties, ensuring surfaces remain clear and free of contamination.

TECHNICAL DATA

Key Features:

  • Durability: Provides a lifespan of over 10 years.
  • Fast Drying: Surface dries within 1-3 minutes, with full curing requiring 24 hours.
  • Outstanding Anti-Static Properties: Offers a surface resistance value of 108 Ω, ensuring minimal static buildup.
  • High Transparency: Transparent and colorless liquid forming an invisible inorganic coating.
  • Chemical Stability: Exceptional resistance to chemicals, offering high durability and hardness.
  • Super-Hydrophilicity: Achieves a contact angle of 3-5°, creating a continuous water film to wash away dirt and contaminants effectively. Post-rain or rinsing, no water stains remain, eliminating the need for manual cleaning.
  • Eco-Friendly: 100% inorganic composition, non-toxic, non-polluting, and non-corrosive.

Suitable Materials:

  • Building Exteriors: Walls, roofs, aluminum composite panels, ceramic tiles, stone, and concrete.
  • Glass: Curtain walls, shower enclosures, greenhouses, and skylights.
  • Sanitary Ware: Bathroom mirrors and glass surfaces.
  • Architectural Materials: Aluminum composite panels, stone, and ceramics.

Curing Method:

  • Room-Temperature Curing: Air-dry at ambient temperature for 24 hours.
  • Heat Curing: Bake at 150°C for 30 minutes for enhanced performance.

Suitable For:

  • Curtain Walls: Ultra-hydrophilic self-cleaning treatments for glass exteriors.
  • Sanitary Ware: Self-cleaning and anti-fouling treatments for bathroom glass and ceramic surfaces.
  • Architectural Surfaces: Treatment for stones, tiles, and aluminum composite panels.
  • Residential & Commercial Applications: Skylights, greenhouses, and tiled surfaces requiring long-lasting cleanliness and anti-static properties.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Application Method

Pre-Treatment

  • Surface Cleaning:

    • Before applying the coating, clean the surface thoroughly using an alkaline cleaner to remove any oil, oxidation residues, and dirt.
    • Rinse with clean water until all contaminants are removed, leaving the surface oil-free, dust-free, and streak-free.
    • Allow the surface to dry completely before proceeding.
  • Dust-Free Environment:

    • Ensure a dust-free working environment. Use ventilation systems or air extraction devices to maintain cleanliness and ensure high-quality application results.
  • Timely Application:

    • Apply the coating immediately after surface cleaning to prevent dust accumulation.

Application Steps

  • Basecoat for Fluorocarbon-Treated Aluminum Composite Panels:

    • If applying on fluorocarbon-coated aluminum composite panels, first apply a basecoat using ZAZ0008 to enhance adhesion.
    • Without this basecoat, the product will not adhere properly to the treated surface.
  • Direct Application for Untreated Surfaces:

    • For untreated materials, directly apply ZAZ0012 using the specified methods below.
  • Application Techniques:

    • Methods: Spraying, roll coating, or blade coating can be used depending on the substrate and desired finish.
    • Apply evenly to achieve full coverage of the surface.

Storage

  • Recommended Storage Temperature: 18-25°c
  • Shelf Life: 12 months.

Packaging

  • 5 kg per container
