ZCP0019 is a high-performance dual-component nano-coating developed by AZ Nano Tech. Utilizing the latest nanotechnology, including nano-silica fractal assembly and organic-inorganic hybridization, it forms a nano-structured ultra-thin coating less than 5nm on surfaces. This advanced structure allows water to spread completely over the coated surface, forming a transparent, thin water film that prevents fog formation.

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Surface Preparation

  • Cleaning:

    • Before applying the coating, thoroughly clean the surface using a suitable cleaning agent to remove oil, grease, and debris.
    • Rinse the surface with clean water to ensure no residue remains.

  • Plasma Treatment:

    • Perform plasma treatment on the substrate for enhanced adhesion. Ensure the surface is free of oil, dust, and watermarks.

  • Drying:

    • Allow the surface to dry completely before application.

  • Timely Application:

    • Apply the coating promptly after surface preparation to prevent contamination by dust or debris.

Application Method

  • Mixing:

    • Combine ZAZ0019 A-Component and ZAZ0019 B-Component in an 8:2 ratio.
    • Mix thoroughly, then filter the mixture through a 400-mesh filter before application.

  • Application:

    • Use a spraying method for even coating distribution.

Storage

  • Recommended Storage Temperature: 18-25℃
  • Shelf Life: 6 months.
