Curing Method:

INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

Application Method

  • Pre-Application Surface Preparation

    • Clean the Surface:

      • Use an alkaline cleaning agent to thoroughly remove oil stains, oxidation layers, and other contaminants from the surface.
      • Rinse the surface with clean water to ensure it is completely free of oil, dust, and stains.
      • Allow the surface to dry completely before proceeding with the application.
    • Timely Application:

      • Once the surface is cleaned and dried, immediately proceed with the coating application to avoid re-contamination from dust or debris.
    • Controlled Environment:

      • Ensure the application area is dust-free, equipped with proper ventilation, or has an air suction system to maintain a high-quality coating environment.

Application Methods

  • Spraying: Use a suitable spray gun to apply an even and consistent coating over the substrate.
  • Dipping: Submerge the substrate in the coating solution, ensuring full coverage, then allow excess liquid to drain off.
  • Flow Coating (Curtain Coating): Allow the coating to flow uniformly over the surface, ensuring even distribution.
  • Blade Coating: Use a scraper or blade to evenly spread the coating over the substrate.

Storage

  • Recommended Storage Temperature: 18-25℃
  • Shelf Life: 3 months.
